Job Summary
Seeking an experienced training and development head to achieve the Factory’s business performance through providing training, coordination, evaluation and train-the-trainer functional expertise
Key Responsibilities:
1. Factory training functional plan:
• assisting the HR manager on verifying the annual training targets as per the department plan
2. Training program plan and preparations
• training program socializations: act as an advocate of training and socialize the importance of training
• train and certify the identified in house trainer on training skills, training evaluation, and recognition
• training aids: preparing of materials, samples, mockups, machines and necessary aids
3. Training program delivery
• monitor the training progress and routinely report its attendance and passing rate to relevant managers
• trainer support: monitor trainer training and performance
4. Managerial leadership of immediate teams
• communicate IEs on how to plan and execute the work as per the bigger picture context
• implementing effective team work at every level
• agreed on SMART Goal assignments

About You
Qualifications:
• Collage Diploma or higher on Management or Business Administration.
• Proven experience as a Training and Development head on manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of training skills, leadership, and management styles
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Training and development on Garment industries or any other related Manufacturing labor intensive industries.
